Business Strategy, Systems Integration & Automation
Troy Stone
CEO & Business Strategist
Troy Stone is the CEO and Business Strategist of TrueCore Services, LLC. He leads the company’s business strategy, systems integration, and automation practice, helping organizations connect technology decisions directly to operational needs and measurable business outcomes.
Troy brings more than two decades of experience spanning executive technology leadership, enterprise architecture, consulting, systems integration, and hands-on solution development. His career includes leadership roles as a Chief Information Officer and Director of Technology, with responsibility for complex, multi-site technology environments across financial services, government, industrial operations, and other demanding business settings.
At TrueCore, Troy works directly with business leaders and employees to understand how work is actually performed, where information becomes disconnected, and where repetitive processes create unnecessary cost, delay, or risk. He translates those findings into practical strategies and solutions involving CRM and systems integration, business process and workflow automation, custom business applications, data synchronization and validation, exception handling, audit logging, reporting, and operational dashboards.
Troy combines executive technology leadership with hands-on architecture, administration, and development experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Entra ID, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, PowerShell, REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, Python, and n8n. His Azure experience is focused on services supporting identity, integration, automation, application connectivity, and cloud operations. He combines low-code and pro-code development, custom connectors, deterministic scripts, and process orchestration to deliver secure and supportable production solutions.
His work includes API-driven provisioning and identity lifecycle automation that connects authoritative employee data with account creation, Microsoft 365 licensing, security-group and distribution-group management, manager and organizational information, SharePoint permissions, downstream system access, welcome communications, status reporting, exception handling, and audit logs. These governed workflows support employee onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding without exposing confidential implementation details.
Troy also brings practical experience with AI-assisted automation, Agentic AI, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), document intelligence, natural language processing, Copilot Studio agents, and voice-agent and call-automation integration. He uses n8n where appropriate to orchestrate APIs, data, AI tools, Python-based processing, analysis, reporting, presentation generation, and human review points, with AI governance, guardrails, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls built into the solution design.
His work has included enterprise automation across finance and accounting administration, human resources, safety, field operations, customer processes, and corporate services. He has led initiatives that generated multimillion-dollar savings, strengthened high-availability operations, improved service delivery, and automated processes at enterprise scale.
Troy combines proven leadership with deep technical involvement. He believes the best solutions begin with the business process—not a predetermined product—and that technology should reduce complexity rather than introduce more of it. His approach emphasizes clear strategy, sound architecture, reliable execution, governance, accountability, and continued improvement based on real-world results.
As CEO, Troy is committed to helping small and medium-sized businesses gain the advantages of enterprise-level systems integration and automation without unnecessary complexity, excessive overhead, or technology that does not fit the way they operate.
